On June 6th, 2023, the second day of the Capacity Building & Capability Development Program of Transforming Educational Institution into I4.0 & Smart Nation Ready at Nanyang Polytechnic International (NYPi), Singapore. The program started with the introduction and a short visiting of NYPi Facilities. The session began with an introduction to the Sustainable Development for TVET Institutes by Mr. Chua Gim Peng. Participants also learned about the importance of the role of Polytechnics in Singapore’s Education System, Unique Experience in Manpower Development, Critical Success Factors in culture, concept, capability and especially in collaboration. After the session, the administrators have summarized the key issues received from the training as well as discussed how to apply the knowledge gained from today's training to be consistent with the university's context as much as possible in order to develop and revitalize the university to operate more efficiently. In the afternoon session, the program aimed to enhance the capability of the Developing I&E Spirit of Student which focused on the NYP I&E Framework, Overview of Learner I&E Competency Development, and Holistic Development of Learners by Mr. Yang Tien, the Director of the Innovation & Enterprise Office and also visited the Innovation & Enterprise Office
