College of Industrial Technology and Management Community enterprises promote the use of diesel oil produced by vegetable oil, and promote the experimental research center on Diesel engine. Asst. Prof. Dr. Kwanhathai Jaipiam, Director of College of Industrial Technology and Managemen presided over the opening of the learning exchange project "Biodiesel production from used vegetable oil." The purpose is to promote and develop the value of palm oil to create alternative energy leading to strong and sustainable community development.

Students from Faculty of Engineering and advisor Asst. Prof. Worapong Boonchuaytan invented food packaging machine from bamboo leaves. The use of the food packaging machine is can be use for small food containers made of natural materials. The machine design as to to use aluminum molds in wood and malaba leaves in to cups and plates. The production capacity of leaf container forming machine is 11 pieces per hour, 77 pieces per day, or about 80 pieces per day.
