On August 31, 2020, at Chalatat beach located near Rajamangala University of Technology, Mr. Jaruwat Kluengklao, Governor of Songkhla Province, together with Asst. Prof. Udon Namsan, Vice President of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, director of Chevron Thailand, director of Petroleum Training and Development Institute and director of Regional Observatory for Public, Songkhla joins the opening cermony of The Colourful of a Rat and Cat Sculture: The Symbol of Songkhla. The Governor of Songkhla Province also named the cat "Tao Kao" and the rat "Luk node"
